As well as somewhere to visit, the goat farm is also renown for the making of pure traditional farmhouse goat cheeses. The whole of the unpasteurised milk produced on the farm is transformed into delicious cheeses. A goat yields from 2 to 2.5 litres of milk a day, i.e. 700 litres a year. 7 litres of milk are needed to make 1 kg of goat cheese.
